These Terms & Conditions govern your use of quickpllc.com and any product you order from Quick Paye LLC ("Quick Paye," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quick Paye LLC sells digital marketing products — including SEO audits, ad campaign kits, content bundles, and growth systems — built for your business and delivered electronically by email. Nothing physical is shipped.
Each product is sold at a fixed, one-time price listed on our Products page. Placing an order through our checkout page is a request to purchase; your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent you a confirmation.
We also offer a Customer Package, where you describe your own requirements and we quote a fixed price for them. Custom orders are accepted up to a maximum of $10,000 per order. Requests above $10,000 cannot be accepted. A custom order begins only after you approve the written quote and payment is received.
Products are typically delivered by email within 24 hours of a confirmed order, though some products may take longer depending on complexity or the information you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Once delivered and paid for, you own the finished files, campaigns, and assets we create for your business and may use them as you see fit. You may not resell our products or deliverables as your own standalone product or service to other businesses.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. All prices are listed in US dollars. Charges on your statement will appear as QUICKPLLC.COM.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Some products involve setup on third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, or your website). You are responsible for any account access, fees, or ad spend charged directly by those platforms — Quick Paye LLC is not responsible for their policies or performance.
You agree not to use our products for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes, or in a way that violates the terms of any third-party platform involved in delivery.
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales from any product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Paye LLC's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Quick Paye LLC's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
